“ Would definitely recommend if want a good bowl of ramen! Service was great as server was attentive and kept filling up water glasses. Ambiance is totally casual. ”
“ Chilly day had us craving some soup and some ramen fit the bill. Bartender was great and helped us choose some appetizers as well. Definitely on the roster. ”
“ I loved the miso the noodles were great, the spicy tuna roll was also great. A but too much on the sodium side with both soups, add more sides to even it out. ”
“ Soooo yummy I always get mecha when I'm home but they recently changed the menu. They added some more entrees and made their boas one per order now. Still really yummy food and always catch happy hour if you can. The inside is usually always busy but the staff is young and friendly and the place is very upbeat and fun! ”
“ I haven't had soup this good in quite some time. This isn't my first trip to Mecha and it won't be my last. I had the tonkotsu this time, and loved it. I've never had a bad dish here. My only complaint are the low stools that did a number on this tall person's back, but now that I know that, I'll pick a different seat. ”
“ This is my boyfriend's favorite restaurant. We have come at least four times and have ordered to go as well. The spicy beef ramen is by far my favorite dish. The broth is rich and flavorful, the noodles were a great medium thickness and not very starchy. Edamame and Kim chi rice taste amazing. A thing I greatly enjoy with Mecha is the consistency of the great tasting food great service. Every experience has exceeded expectations. The staff is super friendly, attentive to detail and thoughtful. Thanks :) ”
“ One of my favorite spots. I come once a year - tradition - and the food is always perfect. Steve at the front bar/table has been there every year for the last 4 years and always provides the best suggestions and best service!!!! I really think the food is one of the best around. ”
“ Cool vibe | Great quality | Value for money When I was visiting Connecticut, mainly in Norwalk I went to Mecha Noodle Bar on a casual Wednesday night. This area is chalk filled with tons of restaurants and bars. I was surprised to see how busy it was on a week night so I can only imagine what it would look like on a weekend. We parked in the rear of the building, paid parking. The place is unassuming from the outside but totally transformative on the inside. It's longer than it is wide, more of a galley style. The decor, tables, bar etc are all themed and are pretty vibey. I ordered the chicken ramen and it was one of the best I've had. The broth was super flavourful, you for many pieces of well cooked chicken and all of the standard ramen toppings. Upon request, they brought me hot sauce which seemed house made to me. The noodles were also a good quality. I really had no complaints. Service was quick and the portion was large. Great for a nice and quick bite if you're in a pinch! ”
